7月21日，由浙江省人民政府新闻办公室、浙江省广播电视局、浙江广播电视集团和宁波市委宣传部主办，浙江广播电视集团海外中心（国际频道）和宁波市鄞州区委宣传部承办的“诗画江南 活力浙江”浙江省国际传播大型融媒系列活动启动仪式在宁波市举行，浙江省委宣传部副部长赵磊，浙江省广播电视局党组副书记、副局长、一级巡视员单烈，浙江广播电视集团党委委员、副总编辑郭庆，宁波市委常委、宣传部部长金彦等出席活动并致辞，来自各地的媒体代表、外籍嘉宾及网红代表共约200人参加仪式。
Organized by the Information Office of Zhejiang Provincial Government, Zhejiang Radio and Television Administration,Zhejiang Radio&TV Group and the Publicity Department of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee, and co-organized by the Overseas Center (ZTV WORLD) Zhejiang Radio & TV Group and the Publicity Department of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee, the Launching Ceremony of International Communication Campaign for Picturesque & Vigorous Zhejiang opened Thursday in Ningbo city of Zhejiang province.
Zhao Lei, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, Shan Lie, deputy director, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group, and first-level inspector of Zhejiang Radio and Television Administration, Guo Qing, member of the CPC ZRTG Committee and deputy editor-in-chief of Zhejiang Radio &TV Group, Jin Yan, member of the Standing Committee and director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee, addressed on the ceremony. Besides, it was also attended by about 200 people including media representatives, foreign guests and Internet celebrities.
“诗画江南 活力浙江”浙江省国际传播大型融媒系列活动包括“走向共同富裕”宁波行采风活动、2022年“这十年•百名外国友人看浙江”活动、“诗画江南 活力浙江”全球短视频大赛预发布和启动第三届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛、“重要窗口”国际传播联盟颁奖及“诗画江南 活力浙江”融媒国际传播窗口开播、第三届全省电视对外传播创新创优研讨班和网络外宣骨干培训会等项目。
International Communication Campaign for Picturesque & Vigorous Zhejiang covers a series of activities, including “On the Way to Common Prosperity” News Collection Tour in Ningbo, the 2022 “I’m in Zhejiang: The Impressions of Zhejiang in Foreigners’ Eyes”, prelude to “Picturesque & Vigorous Zhejiang” Global Short Video Contest, and the launching of the Third “@Beautiful Zhejiang” Global Short Video Contest, Awarding Ceremony of the “Important Window” International Communication Alliance, the launching of the Media-Convergence-Based International Communication Platform for “Picturesque & Vigorous Zhejiang”, the Third Provincial TV International Communication Innovation and Excellence Seminar and Training Session for Internet International Communication Backbone.
“走向共同富裕”宁波行采风活动邀请了“重要窗口”国际传播联盟优秀成员单位代表、电视媒体摄制团队、短视频博主等组成采风团，分别前往宁波鄞州的东吴镇天童老街、下应街道湾底村以及明楼街道和丰社区等地，感受“东乡十八街”文化底蕴，探寻“农业农村+”多业态融合发展新成果，体验未来社区的特色场景，以融媒视角，向世界分享宁波的生动故事。
Representatives of excellent member units of “Important Window” International Communication Alliance, TV media production teams and short video bloggers have been invited to participate the “On the Way to Common Prosperity” News Collection Tour in Ningbo. They joined different teams to separately visit Tiantong Old Street in Dongwu township, Wandi village of Xiaying sub-district, Hefeng Community of Minglou sub-district in Ningbo’s Yinzhou district, to explore the cultural heritage of “Eighteen Streets in Dongxiang”, and the new achievements brought by the multi-format integration development of “Agriculture and Rural Plus”, experience the characteristic scenes of the future community, and then share the vivid stories of Ningbo with the world from the perspective of media convergence.
“这十年•百名外国友人看浙江”将围绕十八大以来近十年的发展变化，以共同富裕、二十大、亚运会、宋韵文化等为宣传主题进行创作和宣推。其中重点推出《走向共同富裕•外国人眼中的中国（浙江）记忆》融媒系列节目，向世界真实、立体、全面地介绍浙江是如何探索建设“共同富裕”示范区，展现“浙江样本”，共享“中国方案”，向即将召开的中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会献礼。活动现场，浙江省委宣传部对外交流处处长王新华，浙江省广播电视局宣传管理处处长林勇毅为2021年“我在浙江•百名外国友人看浙江”活动和第二届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛获奖代表颁奖。
“The Recent Decade: The Impressions of Zhejiang in Foreigners’ Eyes” has focused on the development in the past decade since the 18th CPC National Congress，and created publicity materials about common prosperity, the 20th CPC National Congress, the Hangzhou Asian Games, and China’s Song Dynasty culture. Among them, the key program “On the Way to Common Prosperity: The Impressions of China (Zhejiang) in Foreigners’ Eyes” was launched, which introduced to the world how Zhejiang is trying to build a common prosperity demonstration zone. The program, as a gift to the upcoming 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, is to provide Zhejiang’s experience and share one of “China’s success stories”. On the ceremony, Wang Xinhua, director of the Foreign Exchange Office of the Publicity Department of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, and Lin Yongyi, director of the Publicity and Management Office of Zhejiang Radio & Television Administration, presented awards to the winners of the 2021 “I am in Zhejiang: The Impressions of Zhejiang in Foreigners’ Eyes” and the second “@Beautiful Zhejiang” Global Short Video Contest.
近期，浙江省委宣传部将向社会公布“诗画江南 活力浙江”全球短视频大赛方案，紧扣“诗画江南 活力浙江”主题，向全球征集原创短视频作品，打响省域品牌形象，传播和提升浙江知名度和国际影响力。前两届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛成功举办，共近1500件参赛作品，覆盖受众达1亿，爆款视频点击量超千万人次，第三届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛，在前两届大赛的基础上，以“诗画江南 活力浙江”为主题，做好原创短视频作品的全球征集。大赛还将特设“共同富裕，美好生活”“我的亚运故事”等小专题，向全球网友征集原创短视频，向世界全方位展示“诗画江南 活力浙江”的崭新气象。
The scheme of “Picturesque & Vigorous Zhejiang” Global Short Video Contest will be soon unveiled by the Publicity Department of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee. Centering on the theme of “Picturesque & Vigorous Zhejiang”, the contest will collect original short video works from all over the world, create the brand image of Zhejiang province so as to reinforce its popularity and international influence. The first two sessions of “@Beautiful Zhejiang” Global Short Video Contest received nearly 1,500 works and covered an audience of 100 million, witnessing a complete success. The most popular videos have been viewed more than 10 million times. On the basis of the first two contests, the third “@Beautiful Zhejiang” Global Short Video Contest plans to collect original short video works themed on “Picturesque & Vigorous Zhejiang” from all over the world. In order to fully show the world the new look of the picturesque and vigorous Zhejiang, original short videos by global netizens with the special topics such as “Common Prosperity & Better Life” and “My Asian Games Story” will also be welcomed.
“重要窗口”国际传播联盟构建互联互通、互利共赢的全媒化国际融合传播共同体，在活动现场颁发“重要窗口”国际传播联盟先进成员奖和优秀合作奖。“诗画江南 活力浙江”融媒国际传播窗口开播，浙江广播电视集团海外中心（国际频道）将与美国鹰龙传媒有限公司、澳大利亚华厦传媒集团、奥地利OKTO电视台、葡萄牙伊比利亚传媒集团等遍布全球的联盟成员开展更加紧密、深度的融媒合作。
“Important Window” International Communication Alliance has built an interconnected and win-win community for all-media international communication, and presented on site the Advanced Member Award and Excellent Cooperation Award of the Alliance. With the launching of the Media-convergence-based International Communication Platform for “Picturesque and Vigorous Zhejiang”, the Overseas Center (ZTV WORLD) will carry out closer and in-depth cooperation in terms of media convergence with alliance members all over the world, including American EDI Media INC., Australian Huaxia Media Group, Austrian OKTO TV Station and Portuguese Comunicación Iberoamericana.
